  1. I took my first shot on 5th March at a private hospital and they used my PAN No as ID. So my first shot certificate has PAN No as ID. The second shot I took on 21st April in a Govt. Health Centre. Here they took Aadhar Card as ID. Although the Doctor I/C marked it as 2nd shot, the certificate reads Provisional Certificate 1st Dose. Both certificates read as “Provisional Certificate 1st Dose”. How do I get this corrected???

  2. Hi, I am selecting the slot time and entering the captcha for the appointment confirmation but the page just gets freeze every time. Do I need to wait for sometime for the confirmation page to show up?
